No Fix, Bench Fee Only
If we can’t fix your device or you decline a new quote, you’ll only be charged a $35+tax bench fee for the time spent, payable at drop-off. This ensures no unexpected costs if your device is unrepairable or repairs are canceled. The bench fee will be deducted from the total price at the end of the repair.
Returns & Refunds
Merchandise can be returned within 7 days if like new, not permanently installed, and with original packaging for a full refund. Renewed devices can be returned within 7 days as purchased, with a $35 restocking fee, and must be factory reset with all accounts removed. Prepaid repairs are refundable in the event of No Fix, minus the $35+tax bench fee.
6 Months Warranty
We provide a 6-month warranty on all renewed devices, repair parts, and labor. This covers defects, intermittent problems, and issues related to our repairs or parts. The warranty does not cover physical damage and will be voided if the device is altered or tampered with after service.
Data & Privacy
We do not share or sell any data collected. Your phone number or email may be used for promotional marketing or follow-up. Passwords are only kept for unlocking devices for pre-test and post-test. No information is altered or deleted without customer approval. We are not responsible for data loss due to unforeseen events like software corruption or hardware failure.

Appointment Cancellation
We understand that life gets in the way. If you need to cancel an appointment, a second one can be made without issue. However, if the second appointment is canceled, a non-refundable deposit of $35+tax is required to book a third. The deposit will be deducted from the total if the cost exceeds $35+tax.
Abandoned Devices
Devices left inactive for over 1 month without a response or with invalid contact information will be placed in "limbo" status, and contact attempts will stop. After 3 months, the device will be considered abandoned, become the property of Innovatrix Repairs Inc., and any payments will be forfeited. The device will be recycled. Future services will require prepayment.
Late & None Payment
Once a service completed, you have a 30-day grace period to pay your invoice in full. After 30 days, any parts used will be restocked, and a $45 fee will apply. After 2 months, the device may be moved to alternate storage, and after 3 months, the invoice will be closed, the device becomes property of Innovatrix Repairs Inc., and any payments will be forfeited. Future services will require payment in advance.
Recycling
We take reasonable steps to wipe information from recycled devices, whether through a factory reset or by damaging the storage components. However, we are not responsible for any data leaks that may occur once the device is no longer in our care or facility.
